  • Customer care directly or indirectly via phone and social media or at the store.
  • Introduce the bikes to customers and guide them to test ride.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Manage after-sales service (product delivery, bike servicing/support, support queries).
  • Conduct frequent customer surveys.
  • Answer and dispatch support queries.
  • Manage bike maintenance history.
  • Manage and reconcile CRM databases.
  • Manage product deliveries.
  • Ensure that customer feedbacks are heard and acted upon.
  • Receive, handle, and report all the problems store management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Critical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Proactive attitude at work.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Hi-tech, consumer goods or automotive industry experience is a plus.
