Mô tả công việc

  • To be a point of contact for corporate clients (mainly Japanese) who are seeking IT assistance over the phone.
  • Provide quick solutions and excellent customer-oriented services via helpdesk tickets.
  • Receive all details (severity and nature) of the reported incident and escalate customer support issues.
  • Support Software Engineers to resolve issues in the system.
  • Achieve operational KPIs related to Customer Support Services. (example: Response time, Resolution time).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Helpdesk
  • High Japanese level (min. N2 level) & English Proficiency
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset & problem-solving skills
  • Night-shift working availability - Extra leaves compensation provided
  • Experience in documentation (ex: requirement documents, UAT scenarios) is a plus
  • Experience in business processes and ERP systems is a plus
