- To be a point of contact for corporate clients (mainly Japanese) who are seeking IT assistance over the phone.
- Provide quick solutions and excellent customer-oriented services via helpdesk tickets.
- Receive all details (severity and nature) of the reported incident and escalate customer support issues.
- Support Software Engineers to resolve issues in the system.
- Achieve operational KPIs related to Customer Support Services. (example: Response time, Resolution time).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Helpdesk
- High Japanese level (min. N2 level) & English Proficiency
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset & problem-solving skills
- Night-shift working availability - Extra leaves compensation provided
- Experience in documentation (ex: requirement documents, UAT scenarios) is a plus
- Experience in business processes and ERP systems is a plus
- Semi-annual appraisal & Compensation with extra leave/days
