Identify recruitment needs based on the actual situation of the departments and the general plan of the company. 

Proposing to superiors on the recruitment implementation plan. 

Make a recruitment plan according to the recruitment process. 

Participating in setting up job descriptions for vacancies. 

Participating in surveys, learning about salary, benefits and compensation in the market at the request of the Head of Department. 

Create and post job advertisements in a variety of media. 

Make contact arrangements, schedule interviews; participate in interviewing, evaluating and selecting candidates; 

Support other departments during the interview process Maintain and improve the recruitment process, build & manage recruitment questionnaires for each position 

Update the database of potential candidates for future job positions. 

Report results, existing problems in professional work and propose solutions to overcome

Male/ Female; Age: 26 - 32 Graduated from university in human resources or related fields 

At least 2 years in the recruitment specialist position for industrial maintenance companies, oil, gas and wind power companies 

Having experience of recruitment from staff level to manager level 

Fluent at English
