1. Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote VTCE’s Branding & Communication (including all sub-brands ie. VTC Academy etc.) align with company’s vision and mission.

- Be in charge of PR & content, Creative (design & video), Digital, Marketing functions and teams.

- Be responsible for quality of news, articles, videos etc. on various channels such as press, fanpages, landing pages, websites… and ensure they are up to date.

- Develop and execute an integrated marketing communication plan, promote brand identity and awareness.

- Work with market research findings, identify and reach target audiences.

- Generate creative solutions, produce excellent both print and electronic communication materials and digital advertisements.

- Collaborate with strategic partners (MOET, Youth Union etc.) for joint programs.

2. Other tasks

- To be assigned by Marketing Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or above (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics etc)

2. Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in the same position preferably in education industry.

• Experience in managing a diverse team of 7-10 members.

3. Other skills:

• Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams

• Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to different tasks at hand

• Proactive and able to promt others to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved, calm working under pressure.

• High level of integrity

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
